At the close of Kevan Worley's stirring address about the Imagination Fund Tuesday afternoon, Whozit entered the convention hall and made his way to the front.   He was seven feet tall and sported all of his bright colors.   Whozit may be said to be vocal without being verbal.  His only word was a falsetto "Who-who, who-who."
