The annual convention of the National Federation of the Blind is truly a family experience. Not only do we think of ourselves as the Federation family coming together for a giant reunion, but individual families from across the country look forward to the first week in July as valuable time for them to spend together learning about blindness and deepening friendships with other Federationists. Here are three families who attended the 2000 convention. We hope to see your family at the gathering in 2001.]
