Construction on the 170,000-square-foot National Federation of the Blind Research and Training Institute has been moving steadily forward through this past summer and into the fall. Located in South Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, this facility will be the nation's first center dedicated to the development of innovative technology, education, and training for the blind led by the blind. Join us on January 30, 2004, at 5:30 p.m. for the Grand Opening Celebration. Tour the new facility, and enjoy a wonderful evening of fun and entertainment. Individual tickets are $50.
