Barbara Cheadle, Editor

On January 30, 2004, approximately 1,500 members and guests celebrated the Grand Opening of the NFB Jernigan Institute in Baltimore, Maryland. Exhibits at the Gala challenged guests to Imagine a Future Full of Opportunity. That's what seven-year-old Jason Polansky must have been doing as he examined a model rocket from the NASA exhibit. Looking on are his parents, Susan and Ed, and NOPBC president, Barbara Cheadle.
