Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a National Federation of the Blind event or program. Please explore our current opportunities listed below. If you are interested in sponsoring or have questions, please contact our Outreach Coordinator, Anna Adler, at aadler@nfb.org or (410) 659-9314, extension 2282.

National Convention

The annual NFB national convention is a great sponsorship opportunity, attracting nearly three thousand blind individuals and their family members. The national convention continues to be the largest gathering of the blind in the country each year and offers a wide variety of advertising and promotional opportunities. In addition to simply reaching thousands of your direct consumers, sponsoring the NFB’s national convention shows blind people that you support them and their independence. The impact of our national convention fundraising efforts is felt throughout the year as the NFB continues to raise expectations so that blind people can live the lives they want. Sponsorship opportunities are available at a variety of levels.

Law Symposium

The annual Jacobus tenBroek Disability Law Symposium consists of plenary sessions and workshops facilitated by distinguished law professors, practitioners, and advocates who will discuss topics such as judicial perspectives on the presentation of disability cases, how to influence jurors' perception of disability, the impact of the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act on employment cases, the role of identity in the disability rights movement, and disability discrimination in health care. Your support of the Jacobus tenBroek Disability Law Symposium will help to shape the future of disability law and ensure that people with disabilities enjoy the same right to live in the world as their nondisabled peers. Sponsorship opportunities are available at a variety of levels.

6 Dot Dash

The 6 Dot Dash is an annual 6K race in Baltimore, Maryland, that supports the programs of the NFB and helps blind people live the lives they want. The race promotes a healthy lifestyle, independence for the blind, and a sense of community in our Baltimore neighborhood. Your sponsorship of the 6 Dot Dash will show your commitment to raising expectations for the blind and for the Baltimore community. Sponsorship opportunities are available at a variety of levels.
