Exhibit Hall Information

Below are links to the Exhibit Hall documents available for download. These documents will be available in print and Braille at the information table in the Exhibit Hall. The Exhibit Hall and the Independence Market are located in Sebastian Ballrooms K and L, Level 1.

  • Exhibitor Long List (PDF) - This is an alphabetical list of the exhibitors with their contact information and a brief description of what each is exhibiting/demonstrating in the Exhibit Hall.
  • Map Narrative (PDF) - This is a description of the Exhibit Hall, including a list of exhibitors by location. It is designed to be used with the tactile map that is available at the information table in the Exhibit Hall.

Exhibit Hall hours of operation are:

  • Wednesday, July 4: 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. (sponsors only)
  • Wednesday, July 4: 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, July 5: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday, July 6: Noon to 1:45 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, July 7: Noon to 1:45 p.m. (Final opportunity to visit the Exhibit Hall)

Independence Market Information

As always, we bring the entire Independence Market to convention and set up in the Exhibit Hall. Once visitors enter the Exhibit Hall, the Independence Market will be in the front right corner.

Independence Market hours of operation are:

  • Wednesday, July 4: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, July 5: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday, July 6: Noon to 1:45 p.m. 
  • Saturday, July 7: Noon to 1:45 p.m.

This year the NFB Free Literature display will be located in the hallway outside of the Sebastian L ballroom. Available items include but are not limited to the following.
