<p>Our second annual National Federation of the Blind (NFB) Diabetes Action Network (DAN) “Knowledge is Sweet” seminar will take place May 16-17, 2025, at the National Federation of the Blind Jernigan Institute in Baltimore, Maryland. Diabetes is one of the leading causes of blindness, but neither diabetes nor blindness should prohibit anyone from living a full and productive life. This seminar will empower blind and low-vision diabetics with the information and perspective to take control of their medical health by bringing together consumers, medical practitioners, health professionals, and technology developers. </p>
