Possibilities Fair street banner hung above a Baltimore intersection for
several weeks before the fair took place.

On
October 16 the Meet the Blind Month banner took its place in downtown
Baltimore.

Over four hundred
people attended the 2006 Possibilities Fair on October 19 at the National
Center for the Blind.
